A multi-tenant operations dashboard built for a freight-forwarding platform serving ~80 enterprise customers.
Problem
The client's internal tools were a patchwork of spreadsheets and a legacy admin panel. Operations teams spent 6+ hours a week reconciling shipment data across systems, and onboarding a new enterprise customer took two weeks of manual configuration.
Solution
We rebuilt the platform as a Next.js + Postgres SaaS with role-based access, organisation-level tenancy, and a real-time dashboard. New customer onboarding became a 12-step guided flow with templated configuration. Webhooks replaced overnight CSV exports.

Headless commerce + order-flow automation for a multi-brand retailer running across Shopify and a private B2B portal.
Problem
Three storefronts ran on disconnected Shopify instances. Inventory was synced manually, B2B customers had no portal, and the support team handled ~120 'where is my order?' tickets per week.
Solution
Headless Hydrogen storefronts on top of a unified product graph. A custom B2B portal with negotiated pricing and credit limits. An automation layer wired Shopify, the 3PL, the ERP and Klaviyo with idempotent webhooks and a recovery queue.

A RAG-backed contract-review assistant for a mid-sized commercial law firm.
Problem
Associates spent 4–6 hours reviewing each new contract against the firm's playbook of preferred clauses. Knowledge sat in PDFs, Word templates and partners' heads — slow to access and inconsistent across teams.
Solution
We built a private RAG pipeline indexing 12,000+ historic contracts and playbook documents. An agent surfaces non-standard clauses, suggests redlines from precedent, and writes a reviewer summary. Every suggestion links back to the source for verification.

Complete brand and site rebuild for a 40-person consulting firm, replacing a dated WordPress site.
Problem
The existing site loaded slowly, didn't surface the firm's case studies clearly, and converted organic traffic poorly. Mobile performance was particularly weak (Lighthouse 38).
Solution
We restructured the information architecture around outcomes (not services), built a new design system, and shipped on Next.js with edge-cached pages. Case studies got a structured template with measurable results. SEO foundations and schema markup were applied site-wide.
